    Our shop operates around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We're always available for walk-in consultations.

  • Can I book an appointment over the phone?

    Certainly. We accept phone bookings with a credit card to secure your appointment.
  • How can I get a price estimate?

    Price estimates are provided during in-person consultations only. Tattoo pricing depends on various factors such as size, detail, body placement, color scheme, and design complexity. We recommend visiting our shop to discuss your specific tattoo idea with one of our artists for an accurate quote.
  • Is my deposit refundable?

    Deposits are non-refundable. They secure your appointment time and contribute to the final cost of your tattoo, including research and design work. We allow one rescheduling with 48 hours notice, after which the deposit is forfeited. This policy ensures client commitment and compensates for our artists' time investment.
  • What is the wait time for an appointment?

    Appointment wait times vary by artist. For specific information about a particular artist's availability, please contact our shop directly.
  • Can I get a tattoo if I am underage and I have my parent's permission?

    We allow tattoos for clients aged 14 to 18 with parental or legal guardian presence during the procedure. Please note that individual artists may have their own age restrictions.
